Join the Working Women’s Network and Hannah Hooper for a 6-class summer yoga series where you will practice accessible yoga sequences to help you reduce stress and tension and help you feel clear, focused, and rejuvenated. Whether you are a complete beginner or seasoned practitioner, these sessions will help kickstart a wellness ritual or boost your current wellness routine.
Hannah Hooper (500 E-RYT) is an experienced yoga teacher from New Zealand and is passionate about providing yoga and meditation in a variety of settings. She has taught in Okinawa, Japan, Virginia Beach, San Francisco, and New Haven where she currently lives with her husband and young children. With over nine years of teaching experience, Hannah loves to incorporate poses and techniques that focus on releasing and reducing stress, and meditations and breathwork that helps the client feel balanced, rejuvenated, and focused.
