Event description:
Please join in our monthly YVN meetings. These meetings are an opportunity to hear about what has been happening with YVN and what is in the works. We welcome all those who are interested in getting involved and sharing their ideas.
Our guest speaker will be Danielle Casioppo, Education Specialist and Coordinator for Being Well at Yale. We will also be raffling off 8 copies of “Mindful Yoga Therapy for Veterans” books/instruction manuals with photos, CD, and a color poster of veterans demonstrating the yoga postures.
