Noche Latina

Yale Athletics is hosting their annual Noche Latina Night in celebration of Latin Heritage Month. Join us at the women’s soccer game on Saturday, September 24th at 7pm at Reese Stadium. The evening includes free t-shirts and tacos for the first 150 fans. Admission and parking are free. Stop by the Yale Latino Networking Group table to meet our members and for free swag! You’re also welcome to sit with us during the game, look for our YLNG banner.

In-Person Program, Educators' Open House

The Yale Center for British Art and the Yale University Art Gallery invite you for an afternoon with art and colleagues. Meet and talk with museum staff and fellow educators from the area, and see what is happening at the Yale art museums. Refreshments will be served. Registration is not required.

The Charitable Impulse: Philanthropic Values from the 18th Century to Today

In the eighteenth century, charitable acts and societies in England and the American colonies were motivated by an understanding of moral and ethical obligations of the “better off” to do good works on behalf of the “needy.” Philanthropic organizations from this time reveal historical attitudes toward the benefit to the individual and the public of charitable activities.

Hybrid Program, Conversation, Collaboration across Campus: The Making of Crafting Worldviews

Crafting Worldviews: Art and Science in Europe, 1500–1800 is a multidisciplinary exhibition at the Yale University Art Gallery that examines the inseparable relationship among art, science, and European colonialism from the 16th through the 18th century—an era of voyage, trade, and encounters on a global scale.

The NAACP Harmony Classic 2022

Join us for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) Harmony Classic football game on Saturday, October 1, where the Yale Bulldogs take on the Howard Bison at the Yale Bowl.

For over ten years, the Connecticut NAACP State Conference has been hosting this event, which includes marching band performances and more, to inspire peace, fellowship, and harmony on campus. Yale joins the NAACP in its commitment to harmony and belonging.
