Join YAAA and Staffing & Career Development for an overview of the Individual Development Plan (IDP) process.
An IDP starts with an annual conversation between a manager and a staff member that is transformed into an action plan of realistic steps the employee can take to help him or her build a desired skill, better use existing talents, or prepare for a career goal. IDP is complementary to the annual performance management process and encourages employees to invest in their work and themselves, contributing to greater job satisfaction.

You can learn what it takes to overcome these challenges and help make your retirement dreams come true on schedule. Topics will include: strategies for retirement, getting your finances on track to reach your ideal retirement in 10 to 15 years, and the unique characteristics of retirement plans from 403(b) to IRAs to annuities.
Join us for our Happy Hour, that is hosted on the second Wednesday of every month. This is an opportunity to catch up with your friends from the affinity group, and make new friends! Normally, we host the Happy Hour at Te Amo Tequila. However, until further notice, Happy Hours will be held virtually via Zoom.
