Want to cook with a chef? Join the Asian Network at Yale and Chef Lucas Sin ‘15, chef and head of culinary arts at Junzi Kitchen, for a cooking demonstration of Mapo Tofu. Chef Sin is a Yale alum who was featured in Forbes 30 Under 30 in 2020, Eater Young Gun, and StarChefs Rising Star in 2019. Spots are limited to 40 participants.
