The Kathy Carroll Playground at CCA is a community project of Yale staff, family and friends of Kathy Carroll, Newhallville neighbors, and CCA staff. We will spend 2 days building a community playground to honor Yale’s Dr. Kathy Carroll, who was Yale professor and longtime supporter of children facing homelessness.
The Kathy Carroll Playground Committee raised the funds for the build- and ALL LABOR is being done pro bono by volunteers from the Where Angels Play Foundation. In a matter of 2 days, we will erect a 45 by 60 foot playground at 660 Winchester Avenue in New Haven. How?? With community help!
Please join us for an hour- or from 10 to 6 on May 18th and May 19th- to participate in building the Kathy Carroll Playground at CCA.
