Student curators Katherine McCleary, B.A. 2018, Leah Shrestinian, B.A. 2018, and Joseph Zordan, PC ’19, lead a conversation with Montreal-based curator and critic Lindsay Nixon. Together they discuss an upcoming exhibition of Native North American art at the Yale University Art Gallery, as well as current and urgent topics in Indigenous art and curation, ranging from the animacy of objects, the expression of kinship relations, and material feminisms.
