
This course offers Children an introduction to Anapana meditation, observation of the natural breath to concentrate the mind. Young people who have started practicing this technique have realized many benefits. Their ability to concentrate is enhanced, their memory gets sharper, their ability to comprehend a subject improves, and they become calmer. In general, they feel they have a practical tool to use in the face of any kind of adversity or challenge. The course includes meditation instruction, art, games and storytelling. This course is given on a donation basis.
