Event description:
Learn how to find time for fitness in the kitchen, while you’re making dinner, breakfast or just washing dishes. This workshop includes useful tips and demonstrations, but be ready to move. It’s interactive and includes a cardio and toning workout! No need to actually be in the kitchen, but do have a dish towel handy.
