Event description:

Do you want to optimize and refine your remote work? Join Future Leaders of Yale (FLY) for “Thriving in a Virtual Work Environment,” a Lean In mentorship session. Our distinguished panelists represent fellow Yale colleagues who have adapted to this current work context and will share their strategies to apply to your own approach.

The panelists will discuss how to stay motivated in this environment, suggestions for balancing work and personal life (especially as those become increasingly intertwined), and how to continue to grow and make progress professionally. This event is co-sponsored by the Asian Network at Yale (ANY), DiversAbility at Yale (DAY), LGBTQ Affinity Group (LGBTQ), Yale African American Affinity Group (YAAA), and the Yale Latino Networking Group (YLNG). Zoom details will be shared upon registration.

Our panelists are:

Alexandra Apolloni, Project Specialist in the FAS Dean’s Office

Tzu-Tzu Benigni, IT Manager for Enterprise Reporting & Analytics

Elizabeth Luoma, Assistant Director for Faculty Teaching Initiatives, Poorvu Center for Teaching & Learning
