Event description:

Dear NROTC friends and colleagues,

It is my great pleasure to extend an invite to you and your family to join the Bulldog Battalion as we celebrate the 248th birthday of the United States Navy and Marines Corps. The Yale Naval ROTC Birthday Ball will be held at 6:00 pm on 27 October 2023 at the Omni Hotel in New Haven. This year’s guest of honor will be Colonel Steven Walsh, USMC (ret.), a career US Marine officer with over 25 years on active duty in a variety of conventional and special operations assignments in Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and South West Asia.

We would be honored to have you as a guest and hope that you will join our student battalion in this celebration.

For more information and to purchase tickets, please go to the birthday ball website. Tickets for the ball may be purchased on the website until 19 October 2023. You may also sponsor a midshipmen ticket at a cost of $65 per midshipman. Any donation amount, however, is appreciated, and general donations can also be made on the website. All donations to the ball are tax deductible, and Yale NROTC’s midshipmen greatly appreciate your support.
