Join Shirley Chock, co-owner of Aiping Tai Chi Center and former Asian Network at Yale Co-Chair, for a Shang Chi inspired Tai Chi experience. Shirley will lead you through a 60-minute gentle exercise program with easy-to-follow, low-impact movements that are designed to improve circulation and relieve stress. The exercises are helpful for alleviating pain in your neck, shoulders, back, and hips. Movements are suitable for all ages and physical abilities and can be modified to be done in seated positions.
