The Yale Peabody Museum’s annual MLK celebration has been reimagined and transformed into a digital festival experience. This year the Peabody is hosting a series of free, online programs with opportunities to engage in critical dialogue and enjoy storytelling, music, dance, and spoken word performances.
For the past 24 years, our community has gathered each January to celebrate Dr. King’s legacy as a leader and visionary in the struggle for racial justice. Though we cannot be together in-person to mark this shared milestone, the Peabody and its partners are working together to create a virtual space where we can continue to connect, share our stories, and learn from one another.
