Sometimes we need a jolt in life to wake us up, sometimes that jolt needs to be quite traumatic, not only for ourselves but for those around us. I was involved in a bicycle accident; it shook many lives but has had a positive impact on my life and hoping the positivity has had some impact on others. There continues to be physical and mental healing, but each day is a step forward. Every day I am working towards being a better husband, father, son, brother, friend, colleague, and person.
