Event description:
Caribbean Expression at Yale is an event that takes place during Caribbean American Heritage Month; June. The goal of this event is to provide a space for Caribbean art and culture to shine, as well as give people of Caribbean heritage a space for their voice to be heard and their work to be seen. We intend to host exhibitions, a weekly speaker series, performances and workshops that focuses on specific areas like art, theater, dance and music. Most importantly, we will provide an opportunity for patrons to learn about and experience some of the diversity that the Caribbean region has to offer. All are welcome to be a part of this flagship event.
