Jorge Paulo Lemann is a Swiss-Brazilian entrepreneur and the founder and chairman of the board of the Lemann Foundation. He believes that people are the most important asset for either a company or a society and has brought this philosophy to life in all his business and philanthropic endeavors.
This candid conversation will be moderated by Yale SOM’s Professor Jeffrey A. Sonnenfeld, Senior Associate Dean for Leadership Studies & Lester Crown Professor in the Practice of Management and is proudly presented with our partners at the Yale Office of International Affairs, Yale MacMillan Center’s Council on Latin American & Iberian Studies, and Yale SOM’s Association of Hispanic and Latin American Students (Club AHLAS).
