Event description:
Join the Yale Latino Networking Group, Future Leaders of Yale, and Efrain Nieves for a virtual cooking demonstration. Chef Efrain is the owner of Tata’s Restaurant in Wallingford, CT. We will learn how to make seafood mariscada and mofongo. A list of ingredients and the Zoom link will be shared in advance of the event.
