Gender and Policy Forum: Ending Violence Against Women
Violence negatively affects women’s general well-being and prevents women from fully participating in society. Panelists will consider a new type of violence: online gender-based violence and will focus on the challenges in conceptualization and measurement. It will also consider ways to prevent and eliminate online harassment and violence.

YMI has partnered with IndieFlix to present a virtual film screening of RACE To Be Human, a 45-minute documentary that looks at race from teenagers’ perspectives. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion with some of those involved in the creation of the film, including YDS alum Jason Craige Harris ‘12 M.A.R.

Please join the Solomon Center for Health Law and Policy for a discussion with Assistant Secretary for Health at U.S. Health and Human Services, Admiral Rachel Levine. Admiral Levine will discuss legal and societal barriers to gender affirming care including the role physicians play in advocacy and addressing misinformation.
